AIC has officially relocated its Admissions Centre to new premises at 2nd Floor, No. 61/1, Lorenz Road, Colombo 05, as part of a strategic initiative to enhance service delivery and strengthen the overall admissions experience for students. The new location was formally inaugurated on 20th December 2025 by Mr. Nafas Nasar (Senior Manager – Admissions and Branch Operations) in the presence and with the leadership support of AIC’s Executive Directors Dr. Gishan Sumanasiri (Executive Director) and Dr. Dharangan Bakthaseelan (Executive Director / Director – Finance) marking a significant milestone in the institution’s operational development. The relocation initiative was pioneered under the leadership and strategic guidance of AIC’s Executive Directors whose vision direction and immense support played a pivotal role in bringing the new Admissions Centre to fruition. Their continued involvement throughout the planning and execution phases ensured the successful completion of the relocation in alignment with AIC’s long-term institutional objectives. The opening was held in the presence of senior management academic leaders and staff reflecting a collective organisational commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence. The decision to relocate was driven by AIC’s focus on providing a more professional accessible and student-centred environment. The new Admissions Centre has been purposefully designed to facilitate effective consultations streamline admissions processes and enhance engagement with students and parents. The establishment of the new Admissions Centre represents a key advancement in AIC’s strategic efforts to elevate operational efficiency and student engagement. The improved facility supports the admissions team in delivering a more structured and effective service to students pursuing local and internationally recognised higher education pathways through AIC.
